I have an existing community website with 100 hosted videos already called WascoTimes.com. See video link at the top. I am remaking this current website into a community newspaper format serving five nearby communities who will have the ability of add their own new videos. The new website company wants me to use a private YouTube channel as the video for all of the videos. I don't know how to make this channel.

I use to own a small youtube channel and post some little things here and their. It's pretty simple to actually setup a private youtube channel; however since youtube has changed many policies over the years you can only private the videos now. Which is still the same thing no one can see the videos unless with appropriate link.
