First of all, I am sorry to hear about your mother. Since she passed in 2017, you will file an individual 1040 for her and Form 1310 if she gets a refund. If her "Estate" generated income of more than $600, you will need to file form 1041 also and need an EIN. Large Estates may require Form 706 for distributions to beneficiaries. While I cannot bid within your budget, I am a licensed GA CPA and have prepared over a hundred 1041s and thousands of 1040s. If everything is organized, the 1040 and possibly 1041 will not take long.
