Small business seeking a skilled Zoho CRM professional/trainer to independently handle initial set up of 5+ CRMs (up to 80 CRMs). [ Typical CRM = office of 2 brokers + 1 admin. Related offices/teams do exist. ] Each CRM needs to offer a "birds eye" view and efficient centralization of partner team data, activities/interactions, reminders, templates for standardized emails, trackers, etc..... *MUST be able to work independently & intuitively with provided Google Sheets CRM data >> translate similar functionality into Zoho CRM. *MUST be detail-oriented, intuitive, and goal-driven (a mix of self-directed + training new user on functions). > Limited "directions" to follow-.. instead = "intent/goals" to achieve in organizing our partnerships) + log/line items of tasks & interactions..... set up reminders. + storage / display of real estate inventory (line items of basic data fields) - CSV or XLS files used. + centralized access to source links/quick jumps to various related URLs + templates for standardized emails, trackers, etc *MUST provide 1-2 hours of remote training to a new Zoho user > efficiently able to communicate in English > teach basic Zoho proficiency. Additional training & future workload is negotiable. Online training will happen during typical business hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST) in United States. Key Requirements: - Extensive expertise in Zoho CRM. - Ability to instruct at a beginner & intermediate level. - Strong understanding of customer support management functions in Zoho CRM. - Design and management of sporatic email blasts & standard monthly reach outs, in Zoho Campaigns. - Excellent communication skills with the aptitude to convey complex instructions clearly. The ideal candidate would be patient, detail-oriented and have a knack for making complex topics easy to understand.
