The Ramos team is seeking a highly sufficient and talented admin to help assist with our real estate office. This position will require flexibility, strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills. This position will be required to follow all directions of management as needed and partake in weekly Zoom meetings and phone calls. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with a Real Estate Team will be familiar with the following programs: - Skyslope - Stratus MLS - CRM Systems (we use Boomtown) Qualifications: 1. Expertise in all Google applications 2. Understanding of CRM Systems 3. Ability to adapt to new systems and programs 4. Experience with Social Media is a plus Responsibilities: 1. Keep track of all transaction documents in a virtual database 2. Load showing instructions into Brokerbay 3. Prepare simple graphics on canva with instructions 4. Load data into multiple programs 5. Act as back end office support to allow our agents to focus more time on selling
