Fantasy/Comic Book Style Artwork

I am looking for a graphic designer who will be willing to help do illustrations that are fantasy/adult/futuristic. The style must be clean and have a darker tinge - not bright and sunny. I'd rather have Brom or Boris Vallejo as an artist, not Frank Frazetta. Requirements for me to consider your bid (please note that if you bid without the requirements, I will not consider your bid): 1) Fluent English Speaking 2) Portfolio of artwork (if you have it - if you do not, please make sure you do at least one sketch of #3) 3) To gauge your artwork style I would request a small sketch or illustration of a woman and a man in an antagonistic pose in a futuristic or fantasy setting with a fence separating them. 4) If you do not have much or any feedback please make sure that you provide a portfolio or example sketches. This will be a set of 3 high resolution illustrations for some fantasy/adult content short stories. These will need to be in full color and be 8"x11" - this can be penciled/inked or composed digitally, but it will need to be quality and a clean design. This will have considerable back-and-forth prior to the drawing stage so the product is up to my standards. I will expect rough sketches/outlines prior to the final. You will relinquish all the copyrights of your work upon payment, but you will be noted as the artist. This will begin with three illustrations, but likely will involve several more commissions if this works out. I have rehired many of my freelancers and I set up milestones prior to the project and release the promptly. If you believe your artwork deserves more than my maximum bid, please do the requirements requested and explain why - if I fall in love with your work, something can definitely be worked out.
