I'm looking for someone to design a cover for some photo albums that I'm going to make. The attachment has an example of a cover similar to what I need. It will be embossed, UV laminated and therefore the design needs to be vector graphics. The size of the cover on one side is 20x30 cm (landscape) - 20x63.5 cm open (the stub is 3.5 cm). It should have floral design like in the image but not too floral. I know this kind of job goes around 35 $ so bids above 35 usd will not be taken into consideration. If everything goes good there will be more projects like this for the winning bidder. I would like to see portfolios or similar work (cover design) from you.

I understand the requirements of this cover design, that is single side is 20x30cm(landscape)and total face when open 20x63.5cm(3.5cm is stub). And it should have some floral design and the design needs to be vector graphics. I can do this job (cover design for a photo album) for $30 and I need 4 days to do this job.
