Project Description For an art project about tax evasion, I am looking for someone that can animate an illustrator drawing of a little puppet in different settings. (See image). They will have to function as a GIF in the sense that they should loop infinitely 1 "Tax avoidance" : the text hoovers around the image and the puppet crawls like a snake to avoid ever touching the txt. Alternatively the text might in stead of circling around the puppet, instead come into the frame and move away again after the avoidance of touch; like a planet swooshing by. 2 "Duty Free" The puppet makes a walking movement (legs and arm) 3 Tax Loopholes. Puppet comes in the frame on the left side of the "loophole", and goes through the "loophole" and steps out of the frame to the right. Alternatively the puppet could disappear into the "loophole" as if it is an actual hole in stead of a ring. I want to be able to edit the images in Premiere afterwards, meaning that they should be HD quality (1920 x 1080). The puppet will be white (I have the image as Illustrator file) and the background should be an alpha layer. 25 frames per second; short clips 1-3 sec.
