convert 121 LoC java to jython

Convert a 121 line Java program which uses JasperReports to generate PDF files to jython (that's java based Python) See src/[login to view URL] in the attatched file. The attatched file contains source, all JAR files and is ready to run - and thus so big. It does not contain additional important information.
