I'm a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Systems Administrator with 10+ years in the IT Industry, including 6 as part of the lead tech team for a us-based firm providing electronic discovery, bib coding and ocr services. The backbone of our systems was MS SQL Server. I have completed my database/csv related tasks, and can write the queries as well. I have been studying the database schema for Goldmine CRM after reading this job posting, and I have a trial version of Zoho in testing.
How will access be given to the SQL Server? What version of Goldmine are you running, as the schema differs slightly on the newer versions? Approximately how many contacts do you have in Goldmine? Zoho recommends importing records in a specific order based on their modules; will you be importing anything else besides the contacts? What's your deadline?
