Create iOS App (iPhone, iPad) market place w. social app features

Hello everyone, our second project is a simple mobile App (iOS) (Android planned for later) We are looking to develop a mobile social market place with the following basic features (responsive) -> A Market Place App together with simple Social Media features, • Maximum of 10 pages. With just very few special features; • Camera integration • Geo Location w. map • Search function for items and communication between users And the usual essential stuff... •User registration, simple user admin page •Product page, forward/back/delete/report/forward/share... •User profile (With simple feedback feature) •email integration and sms (push) + A simple, cool WP 1-2 pages website to feature and explain the/or register for the app. I will of course give a full feature list once I award the project to the bidder. But basically, that's pretty much it. Specs don't get more complicated than that. IMPORTANT: The UI Design is very important. No cheap standard design. I need some nice ideas from cool web/graphic designers for a cool sleek, crispy and rather minimalistic design with a personal touch. Designers/Illustrators welcome to contact me too!
