Translate English to German in Wordpress

Hi, I had a English website and want to translate to German. I had a hard time to find a native German developer in the same time and knowledge of German. Therefore, I ask someone to do Google translate to German (I expect there are a lot of mistake). My site had about 35 pages and want to do the following:

a) Proof read in German and fix necessary mistake within wordpress environment

b) Native German please

c) Knowledge of Wordpress is a MUST

d) Fast turnaround time (2 weeks)
