Hi, I have just purchased a 7-axis Kuka Robot and I'm interested in having someone take a STL file that I have and creating the code to send to the robot for the milling. I will be milling EPS foam and wood. I am looking at buying Powermill, but it seems to be a long learning curve. Is this something you can help with? I assume I could get the code (NC) I think and put that into my robot and have it mill it? I look forward to hearing from you. there would be multiple projects. Thank you.

Interesting problem here. This model (of an actual product) is made of fabric and joined together by clips, and lays flat as single items. However the product when joined using the clips deforms on the Z axis along the creases to form 3d shapes, the fabric does not stretch. As more and more pieces are added interesting shapes can be created, which ultimately are suspended on walls or from ceilings as acoustic elements. I have created a 3D model but am unable to rig it so that it replicates the real life assembling process.

I am looking for a quick help with Excel Macro (in Visual Basic programing) to create Quadrant map. Some very good templates are available but need to make a bit better. The Macro should able to create a Quadrant Map, once three data columns are highlighted, one column for x-axis, other one for y-axis and third column for size of the bubble.
