I am looking for a Programmer who can make me a piece of Software to allow me to be able to make my own ring tones from my computer. The script will work by sampling between 15 and 45 seconds of sound whether it be music or anything that I want to record, then the programme will enable me to either text it to my mobile or send it to my mobile via infra red. The software will allow me to sample music or sounds that I have on my computer in any format i.e. CD, MP3, Vinyl or Microphone, etc. Within the 15-45 seconds recording time, I should be able to put a mixture of different tunes on the one ring tone if I wish.

hi, i basically want a really simple web site made for me coz i can't do it. the user would see it thusly: homepage is a large image with a form (email, comments) on one side. there is a tune playing. if the user clicks on the image, it is replaced with another - and the tune changes as well. this happens with every click. if the user fills out and submits the form, he is taken to a standard guestbook-graffiti page, with a free .zip download (an album) and another tune playing in the background, and some links. he cannot get back to the image+tune section from here. the balls of this is random - i want the tune and jpeg to be randomly generated, either together or seperately. also, the email the user puts in the form is automatically attached to a mailing list....
