La práctica consiste de seis ejercicios de ecuaciones diferenciales con matlab. El primer y segundo ejercicio trata de elementos finitos y el tercer-cuarto-quinto y sexto se resuelven con Muskingum, adjunto el código en matlab que encontré.
En Wolfram Mathemática, se requiere programar el modelo Tresca y Von Mises para suelos, de manera que se pueda ingresar cualquier estado de esfuerzos inicial y un segundo estado de esfuerzos, estos deben ser graficados. Cuando el estado de esfuerzos supere la superficie de fluencia, el modelo debe adaptar una nueva superficie de fluencia para alcanzar el punto.

Necesito traducir funciones de Matlab (archivos .m) a funciones que directamente funcionen en Processing (lenguaje de programación tipo Java). La idea es que dichas funciones tengan el mismo formato de datos de entrada (en mi caso vectores y / o matrices) y, evidentemente, produzcan el mismo resultado. Evidentemente, no me sirve crear un paquete en Matlab para Java ya que ello implica tener que utilizar el compilador Matlab allá donde se haya de desarrollar la aplicación Java y quiero que sea totalmente independiente.
