Design an input/output circuit board with a serial and Ethernet port connections. You do not need to design the circuit for the microcontroller. Just add pin connectors to the board so an existing microcontroller board will be plugged in. Please see description in the attached documents. Highly prefer 2-layer board. NO SOFTWARE REQUIRED with this project. However, a simple program to test all the input and output pins would be great. We developed a hardware device that connects to internet, and access a web server. The connection works great between old server (windows 2008) and device, inside this server i was able to migrate to another IP without issues, but now I just migrated to another webserver (windows 2012), and the communication does not work anymore....and the communication does not work anymore. Device can access the first PHP file but displays "error connecting server". Mysql database is working, and also I can see the device access in IIS log displaying code 200 (read sucessfully).
