El poyecto ira en crecimiento pero solo ahora se requiere que desde el CRM se pueda tener la ópción CLICK to CALL y el identificador de llamadas entrantes que puedan abrir e visualizar el nombre del contacto previamente dado de alta en el sistema. Este registro de llamada entrante o saliente deberá visualizarse el la vitacora del contacto como una llamada que existió ya sea entrante o saliente.
