We need to collect syndicated loan contracts from SEC EDGAR that are reported by the firms who engage in these contracts. They are reported in 10Ks, 10Qs, and 8Ks, so it is not uniform. I have a dataset with info such as name and various borrower ids, loan amount, and the date the deal was active. I am trying to figure out a way that we can pull these contracts.
