I have a small wire insert that I currently make using a hand operated jig fixture, but I would like to have a small automatic device made for this process. I currently have a machined that cuts the individual pieces of wire into 45 mm individual pieces that I would like to place into the new machine one at a time. However if it was possible to have the new machine both bend and cut that would be great, but not necessary. I do have a CNC machine that I could produce any needed parts, but I am ok with 3d printed parts and possibly replace these down the road with metal parts. I am attaching a photo of the needed part.

I would like 4" holes to be bored in the bottom of my 2000ml erlenmeyer flask, which is made of Pyrex. This involves using a diamond-tipped hole saw / grommet bit on a drill press or something of the sort. Also involves having a water supply or tub to cool.
